Questions and Answers
Yes. We offer an on-site support package where we can visit you in your place of work, and operate from your office. This could be as a one-off, or for a more regular arrangement.
Typically we recieve work via email, fax, text or post. However, if you have something that needs to be delivered face-to-face, we can often arrange to meet up.
No (unless you want on-site office support!) We have worked with clients based across Europe. The majority of time we are supplying admin support in South Wales, but due to the virtual nature of work, you can be based anywhere.
Yes - we provide admin support as and when you need it. We have a range of flexible packages depending on your needs. You may only need us for a one-off project. That is fine. Just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Yes, Virtually Assist can provide help and assistance with your events. We are not an event management company, and can happily recommend local businesses who can do this for you. However, if you want us to work with your staff to organise an event or provide exhibition support we can do that.
Cost is dependent on the type of admin assistance or office support services that you need. Rates are typically from £20 per hour for virtual work. We also have special rates for specific one-off's and project work. Please contact us for more details.
