Who am I? And who is Virtually Assist?
Let's start with who I am. My name is Rebekah Daniel. I trained in Business Administration at The University of Glamorgan, and I've worked in numerous admin roles over the last 10 years.
I formed Virtually Assist in 2006, after 5 years with a busy management consultancy. As well as the usual PA things, I lent a hand with local authority bids, implementing Lean solutions and creating templates in Excel and PowerPoint.
By the time I left, I was juggling the needs of over 60 consultants. I jumped ship deciding to do the same for my own client base - and the result is Virtually Assist.
As a Virtual PA I provide full admin support to a few select clients, mainly consultants, SMEs and sole traders. You might need me every month, or just the once - it's up to you. Either way I'm standing by, and it's good to know someone reliable.
When you work with a Virtual Assistant you're in a win-win situation. You get the commitment and loyalty you expect from staff, but you can forget the usual overheads.
Better still, I work from my office, so there's no desk space, parking space or wear and tear on the coffee machine!
